Today, I communicated with my collaborators on the disability project and developed a short term plan - I will create the first blog, a prototype of sorts focusing on deafness that the others have requested to be able to use as a template for their own work. That will be my focus for the next couple work days. To prepare, I have reviewed the main deafness-related websites such as aadnews.ca to refresh my mind and develop a extremely rough outline for tomorrow's work. I also spent some time reading through the factsum blogs I was given access to today, especially the summaries of prior summer employees.
